- Responsible of implementation of ERP projects.
- Responsible for mapping customer/ Project requirements with the system.
- Develop and/or maintain all project documentation and client reporting.
- Join Installing application software (Microsoft Dynamics and related applications) and associated updates as needed.
- Support solutions by answering application questions, tracking issues, monitoring changes and resolving or escalating problems according to company guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in an ERP Software environment
- Appropriate Experience / Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
- Good knowledge of Accounting concepts.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and outlook)
- Excellent Command of English (Spoken/ Written)
