Job Functions

Due to the expansion, we are looking for young talented for Graduate / Trainee Account Executive .

Applicant must have a passion for helping customers, and also will be responsible for making and receiving calls to existing and new customers enquiring about our services.

Applicant must be very focus, have the drive and determination to succeed in a highly energised and focused environment.

To qualify for this position, you will ideally have experience in outbound calling, appointment booking, administration, confidence on the telephone and have delivered great customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an unrivalled level of customer service

• Talk and listen to existing customers to understand their needs and accurately qualify their                    requirements

• Maintain existing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and contract renewals

• Assist sales; managing new clients

• To collect customer feedback and report findings appropriately

• Coordinating the proactive candidate search process and ensuring quality

Must have:

• Previous experience within a similar role

• A positive and enthusiastic approach

• Strong communication skills

• Proven customer service skills

• Strong problem solving skills

• Ability to be flexible and work on own initiative

• Excellent IT skills
