A boutique hotel in Maitama Abuja seeks qualified candidates to fill the role of a Front Desk Officer

Job location: Abuja Full-time
Industry Hospitality/Leisure
Specialization Administration & Office Support,
Minimum Qualification HND
Required Experience 1 - 3 years

Requirements:
Qualification: A degree, HND, OND with excellent personality will be considered
Work experience: 2 to 5 years related or industry experience.
Female to be precised 

JOB DESCRIPTION
Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
Must be customer  friendly and good conversation manner.
She also must be able to communicate effectively with other members of the staff and maintain a professional attitude even in the face of challenges, such as an irate guest.
Ability to provide guests with the best experience possible and work to solve problems quickly rather than have a guest leave with a bad impression of the company.
Computer Functions: Ability to perform at least basic functions on the computer such as utilizing word processing and email programs.
Ability to listen aptly and make appointments, check guests in and out and process payments.
She will be required to use email to communicate to guests, clients and outside vendors as well as your boss or other company employees.
Ability to management and solve guests problems with right judgment.
