Customer Care Officer
Job Function: The customer care officer would promote and help resolve queries of the customers.
Job Responsibilties:
To develop rapport with customer base, greet by name, have knowledge of account ownership maintain position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customer business confidential.
Requirements:
He or She must be a degree holder from a higher institution, must not be more than 28yrs. 1-2 yrs experience, fluent, conversant, cheerful and tolerant ability to work to tight dead line.
Remuneration: Remuneration attached to the position is in line with existing rates in the industry.
